Research Coordination
Support and management of scientific, organisational and construction-related activities.
The Research Coordinator supports the Board of Directors and the Managing Director in scientific management, day-to-day operations and the strategic development of the institute.
The main areas of responsibility are:
- Committee work: Preparation and follow-up of board meetings and other regular institute meetings.
- Cooperations: Support for establishing and maintaining cooperation agreements with universities and national and international research institutions.
- Reporting: Scientific reports to funding bodies and committees.
- Construction coordination: Comprehensive interface management for institute construction and modernisation projects.
- Liaison with the MPG: Cooperation with the General Administration of the Max Planck Society
